No. It was on either Bravo or TCM like maybe 10 years ago? That’s when I first saw it.

Don’t forget original ‘Texas Chainsaw Massacre’ (was banned for 25 years in UK), original ‘Scarface’, ‘Blonde Venus’, ‘A Clockwork Orange’, etc. (All depends on what country it was banned in and when it was banned).

Good thing that Birth of a Nation got banned… I remember I had to watch that in a first year film studies course. It was the longest, most boring film ever… riddled with loud Wagner and lynchings.

Banned? Or just not made in the first place out of mercy?

A very good companion piece to it would be any of the documentaries that include the footage from the Stanford Prison Experiments… there was a realtively recent one called “The Human Behavior Experiments” that’s really good. It’s important when people watch things like Titticut Follies that they know they are just like the guards in the film and are just as likely as anyone else to torture people in the same ways if put in such a position of power.
