No kidding. Not to mention, I’m pretty sure the framers intended the constitution to stand above all other law. So that if any change were to happen with the constitution it would have to be in amendment form. Not by the arbitrary rulings of a few supreme court justices whose rulings are based purely on their emotional disdain or attachment to a given subject.
